30-Day Returns

Style Dots products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Approved returns will generally be issued as Style Dots store credit for the amount paid for the product, plus applicable sales tax. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

At the discretion of Style Dots staff, we may replace an item instead of issuing store credit.

Items must be returned in reasonable condition. We reserve the right to decline returns for products that show excessive wear, misuse, accidental damage, alteration, or damage unrelated to a product defect.

Our 1-Year Tarnish-Free Guarantee

Style Dots jewelry is made to be worn and enjoyed, which is why our jewelry is backed by a 1-Year Tarnish-Free Guarantee.

If your jewelry experiences qualifying tarnishing within one year of the original purchase date, you may submit a guarantee claim even if your purchase is outside our standard 30-day return period.

For purposes of this guarantee, tarnishing means a significant unintended discoloration, darkening, or change in the jewelry’s surface or finish that occurs during normal use.

The Tarnish-Free Guarantee does not cover physical damage or changes caused by scratches, dents, excessive abrasion, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, exposure to harsh chemicals, improper storage or care, or other damage unrelated to tarnishing.

Approved Tarnish-Free Guarantee claims will generally receive Style Dots store credit equal to the original amount paid for the affected product, plus applicable sales tax. At the discretion of Style Dots staff, we may replace the item instead.

Manufacturing Defects

Style Dots products are also covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date.

A manufacturing defect is a problem with the materials, construction, or workmanship of the product that becomes apparent through normal use.

Manufacturing defects do not include accidental damage, lost items or components, misuse, alterations, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper care.

Approved manufacturing defect claims will generally receive store credit equal to the original amount paid for the affected product, plus applicable sales tax. At the discretion of Style Dots staff, we may replace the item instead.

Store Credit

Store credit is based on the actual amount paid for the product, plus applicable sales tax.

If a discount, promotion, reward, coupon, or other price reduction was applied to the original purchase, the store credit will reflect the amount actually paid.

Original shipping charges and other non-product fees are not refundable.

Guarantee Claims and Review

All returns and guarantee claims are subject to review by Style Dots.

We may request photographs, order information, proof of purchase, or return of the original product before approving a claim.

Style Dots reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for store credit or replacement under this policy.

The one-year guarantee period begins on the original purchase date. Receiving store credit or a replacement does not restart or extend the original guarantee period.

How to Start a Return or Guarantee Claim

To request a return or submit a Tarnish-Free Guarantee or manufacturing defect claim, please contact Style Dots Customer Care with your order information and details about the item.

Claims under the 1-Year Tarnish-Free Guarantee or manufacturing defect guarantee must be submitted within one year of the original purchase date.

This policy applies to eligible purchases made through the Style Dots website. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.
